Is the camera actually easy to use?

If you can use an iPhone, you can use this camera. Open the screen to turn it on, press one button to record, press it again to stop. Three pre-charged batteries cover first look to after-party.

When does the camera arrive?

Your kit arrives days before your wedding day with everything pre-configured and a prepaid return label inside.

How fast do I get my film?

All raw footage within 1 week of receiving the camera back. Your edited highlight film within 2 to 3 weeks after that.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, free shipping both ways nationwide in the US.

What if something goes wrong with the camera?

Every kit is tested and pre-configured before it ships, and a QR code tutorial is included in the box. If anything seems off when it arrives or during your week, text or email hello@luvfilm.co and we'll get you sorted right away.
