Everything couples ask before booking wedding camcorder rental: the cameras, shipping, timing, pricing and policies.
Are the camcorders easy to use?
Yes. Open the screen to turn it on, press record to start and press record again to stop. A QR code tutorial comes in the box, and each camera has three pre-charged batteries.
Who should film?
Pick two to four outgoing friends or family members and encourage them to pass the camera around. The more people who film, the more perspectives end up in your film.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental United States, free both ways with UPS tracking and a prepaid return label. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not available through checkout. International rentals are by inquiry. When do the cameras arrive and go back?
Kits typically arrive four to six days before your event. Drop the kit at UPS within 72 hours after your event date.
How long until I get my film?
Raw footage is ready within one week after the cameras arrive back with us. Your edited highlight film follows two to three weeks after that.
How much does a wedding camcorder rental cost?
Single starts at $779, Standard (two cameras) at $997, Deluxe (bachelorette plus wedding cameras) at $1,296, and the no-camera iPhone Film package is $597. Can I cancel and get a refund?
Payments are a non-refundable retainer that holds your date. Refunds are available only under the Luv Film Co Promise (for example, verified equipment failure or a package lost in transit) or in force majeure situations. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy in the footer for full terms.
Is there a seven-day cancellation refund?
No. The current Refund & Cancellation Policy does not provide a seven-day change-of-mind refund window. Payments reserve your event date and are non-refundable, subject to the specific exceptions in that policy and the Rental Agreement. Read both before booking.
What if a camera gets damaged?
Normal cosmetic wear is on us. Significant damage or loss is the renter's responsibility, including repair charges up to $700 per camera or replacement cost, as described in the Rental Agreement.
Is this better than hiring a videographer?
It is different. A videographer provides professional, planned coverage. With camcorder rental your guests film candid moments and we edit their footage. Choose the approach that fits your budget and the style of film you want; the two can also complement each other.
What is the iPhone Film option?
No camera rental at all. Your guests upload videos from their phones through a custom QR code, and we organize the footage and edit a 2–5 minute highlight film.
