SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: May 2026

1. About this policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to every order placed on luvfilm.co. It is part of, and should be read together with, the Luv Film Co Rental Agreement, which you accept at checkout. If anything in this policy appears to conflict with the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement governs.

Luv Film Co is operated by All Season Digital, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Luv Film Co ("Luv Film Co," "we," "us," or "our"). The customer placing the order is referred to as "Customer," "you," or "your."

2. Where we ship

Domestic shipping. We ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping (inquire only). International shipping is available by inquiry only and is not bookable through our standard self-serve checkout. We currently accept inquiries for shipments to the following destinations: Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union (including Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, and other EU member states). Additional destinations may be added over time.

To inquire about an international rental, contact us at hello@luvfilm.co with your event date, destination, and a brief description of your event. We will respond within three (3) business days with availability, pricing, and the international booking requirements described in Section 11 below. All international rentals are subject to our acceptance in our sole discretion and require a separate written confirmation from us before any booking is considered placed.

3. Outbound shipping and delivery timing

Domestic Equipment is shipped via the parcel carrier we have designated (currently UPS) using a service level we determine to be appropriate based on your shipping address and event date. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Equipment arrives at your shipping address no later than 48 hours prior to your event date, with typical delivery occurring four (4) to six (6) days prior to your event.

International outbound shipping timing is determined on a case-by-case basis at the time of inquiry and depends on destination, carrier service, and customs processing time at the destination country.

The exact delivery window depends on the parcel carrier's schedule, your shipping address, weather, customs processing (for international), and other factors outside our control. Any specific delivery date or window communicated to you is a good-faith estimate and not a contractual commitment. We do not control the carrier and disclaim any guarantee of any specific arrival date.

4. Federal holidays and non-shipping days

We do not ship on United States federal holidays, on weekends, or on dates when our shipping carriers are not operating. International shipments are additionally subject to non-shipping days, customs office closures, and public holidays in the destination country. You agree to account for these restrictions when selecting an event date close to a holiday or holiday weekend.

5. Accurate address and address changes

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, missed deliveries, customs holds, or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by you.

If you wish to change the shipping address after placing your order, you must notify us in writing at hello@luvfilm.co at least seven (7) calendar days before your originally scheduled ship date. Address changes requested less than seven days before the ship date may not be honored, and we bear no responsibility for late or failed delivery resulting from a late address change. International address changes require additional lead time and may not be possible once customs paperwork has been filed.

6. Tracking and delivery receipt

A tracking number will be sent to your email address at the time of shipment. You are responsible for monitoring delivery, ensuring the package is securely received, and signing for the package if a signature is required by the carrier. International shipments may require you to be present to receive and sign for delivery and may require you to clear the package through local customs.

The rental period begins on the date the parcel carrier makes its first attempted delivery, whether or not that first attempt resulted in successful receipt by you, as set forth in Section 4 of the Rental Agreement.

7. Return shipping (Domestic)

Each domestic rental package includes a prepaid return shipping label and the original packaging materials. You must:

(a) place the Equipment, including all accessories, batteries, chargers, memory cards, and other items shipped to you, in the original packaging;

(b) apply the prepaid return shipping label we provided;

(c) tender the package to the parcel carrier we designated (currently UPS) before the carrier's last pickup or drop-off cutoff time on the final day of the rental period; and

(d) retain the drop-off or pickup receipt for your records.

The rental period for domestic orders expires seventy-two (72) hours after the calendar date of your event, as set forth in Section 4 of the Rental Agreement. For example, if your event date is a Saturday, the domestic rental period expires at 11:59 p.m. local time on the Tuesday immediately following.

8. Return shipping (International)

International return shipping is handled differently to account for customs processing and international transit times. The specific return instructions for your booking will be communicated to you in writing at the time of confirmation and will be included in the package shipped to you.

The minimum total rental period for any international booking is fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the date the parcel carrier makes its first attempted delivery and ending on the final return shipping date communicated to you in writing. The customer must ship the Equipment back to us via the carrier and method we designate, using the prepaid return label we provide. The customer is responsible for completing any return customs paperwork required by the destination country and is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees assessed on the return shipment.

If you elect to return the Equipment using a different shipping label, different packaging, or a different carrier than the ones we provided, the consequences described in Section 9 below apply.

9. Use of a different label, packaging, or carrier

If you elect to return the Equipment using a different shipping label, different packaging, or a different carrier than the ones we provided, and the Equipment is not received by us on or before the date it would have been received under our original return method, we may, without further notice and without limitation: (a) charge you for additional rental days at our then-current daily rental rate; (b) charge you for any expedited shipping costs we incur to retrieve the Equipment; (c) charge you a Loss of Use Fee as described in Section 13 of the Rental Agreement; and (d) treat the Equipment as not returned for purposes of Section 13 of the Rental Agreement, including charging you the full replacement cost.

10. Customer's risk of loss during shipping and travel

You assume the entire risk of loss, theft, damage, destruction, or disappearance of the Equipment from the moment of first attempted delivery to you until we confirm receipt of the returned Equipment in good condition, as set forth in Section 13 of the Rental Agreement. This includes the period during which the Equipment is in the possession of any parcel carrier during outbound or return shipping, the period during which the Equipment is held by customs authorities in any country, and any period during which you or any guest carries the Equipment in personal travel (including by car, train, airplane, or any other means).

If any package is lost, destroyed, damaged, held by customs, seized, or otherwise fails to be delivered in good condition, you remain responsible for the applicable repair charges, full replacement cost, Loss of Use Fees, and any other amounts owed under Section 13 of the Rental Agreement, regardless of whether you can produce a drop-off, pickup, or shipping receipt. We strongly encourage you to choose a staffed parcel location and obtain a receipt when tendering your return package, but a receipt by itself does not relieve you of liability under the Rental Agreement.

11. International booking requirements

Every international rental is subject to the following additional requirements, which apply in addition to all other terms of the Rental Agreement and this policy:

(a) Inquiry and written confirmation. No international booking is valid until we provide a written confirmation accepting the booking and stating the agreed shipping arrangement, return method, and any additional terms specific to the destination country.

(b) Minimum rental period. All international rentals require a minimum total rental period of fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the date of first attempted delivery, to account for international shipping and customs processing time.

(c) International shipping surcharge. International shipments incur an international shipping surcharge in addition to the standard package price. The amount of the surcharge depends on the destination country and the carrier service required, and will be quoted to you at the time of inquiry. The surcharge is non-refundable once the package has shipped.

(d) Customs, duties, taxes, and VAT. You are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, handling fees, or any other charges assessed by any government, customs authority, or carrier at the destination country, both for the outbound shipment and for the return shipment. You acknowledge that these charges may be substantial, that we cannot predict them with certainty, and that you will pay them as required to receive and return the Equipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for the seizure or forfeiture of any package by customs authorities.

(e) Customer liability. You remain fully liable under Section 13 of the Rental Agreement for any loss, damage, theft, customs seizure, or other event affecting the Equipment during the international rental period. We may charge your payment method on file for any amounts owed, including repair charges, full replacement cost, Loss of Use Fees, and any other amounts owed under the Rental Agreement, without further notice.

(f) Customer travel with Equipment. If you intend to travel internationally with the Equipment (for example, flying to a destination wedding with the camera in your luggage), you must inform us at the time of inquiry. We may require additional acknowledgments or documentation. You are responsible for complying with all airline rules, customs declarations, and import requirements at your destination, and you bear the risk of any loss, damage, theft, or delay during your personal travel.

(g) Authorization required. This Section 11 constitutes the prior written authorization required by Section 6(g) of the Rental Agreement for any Customer who has received written confirmation of an international booking from us.

12. Outbound shipping delays

While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, shipping is performed by third-party carriers and is subject to delays outside our control, including weather, carrier capacity, mechanical failures, labor actions, customs processing, and force majeure events as described in Section 21 of the Rental Agreement.

If the Equipment does not arrive in time for your event due to a shipping delay, please contact us immediately at hello@luvfilm.co so we can attempt to coordinate a remedy. Refund eligibility in any such situation is governed exclusively by the Luv Film Co Promise (Section 11 of the Rental Agreement) and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, not by this policy.

13. Lost outbound packages

If the package containing your Equipment is lost in transit by the parcel carrier and you therefore receive no Equipment to use at your event, you may be eligible for a full refund under the "Package Lost in Transit" scenario described in Section 11(c)(iii) of the Rental Agreement, provided you cooperate reasonably with our efforts to locate the package or ship a replacement before the event. Eligibility is determined exclusively under the procedures described in the Rental Agreement and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customs seizures, customs holds, and packages held by foreign authorities are not considered "lost in transit" for purposes of this refund eligibility.

14. Out-of-stock items and split shipments

We will make reasonable efforts to ship all Equipment in a single shipment but reserve the right to split shipments where necessary. If any Equipment is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we will inform you and offer the options described in Section 8 of the Rental Agreement (substitute item, partial fulfillment with partial refund, or full cancellation with full refund).
